We are proud to say that Datalytica Sdn Bhd, in collaboration with USAINS, have held a successful 2-day “AI Deep Learning in Industry 4.0: Using Python - Keras framework” training workshop with the theme of “Image Manipulation". The event was held at SAINS@USM, Penang from 8 AM to 5 PM on October 21st and October 22nd.
We are honored to have two excellent speakers during the training, namely the Chief Executive Officer of Datalytica Sdn. Bhd, Ts. Dr. Muhammad Imran Sarwar, and Robomy Sdn Bhd's Chief Technology Officer, Mr. Mohammed Afsal Abbas Mandhri, and Ms Nur Anati Bidin, Digital Transformation Lead of Datalytica Sdn Bhd. The training spans five modules, combining training and hands-on exercises to enhance learning retention of the participants.
The first day started by Ts. Dr. Muhammad Imran Sarwar with the Introduction to Deep Learning & Neural Networks Activity: AI Deep Learning Use Case and Case Study. This module engaged learners to have a solid understanding of the basic concepts of deep learning, so as to lay a good foundation for the following learning. Ms Nur Anati Bidin joined in to assist the participants on the topic, followed by the second module, Computer Vision Convolutional Neural Networks (CNN), which was equipped with practices that helped improve their understanding.
On day two, Mr. Mohammed Afsal Abbas Mandhri, Chief Technology Officer of Robomy Sdn Bhd, shared his insights and carried out module 3: Recurrent Neural Networks (RNN), discussing on recurrent neural networks through practical operations. The session then transitioned into module 4: AI Deep Learning Skills and Project Implementation Roadmap that is soon followed by the final module: Generative Models and Deep Generative Networks.
Through this training program, trainers help learners to have a solid understanding of the basic concepts and principles of deep learning and help learners to fully understand the architecture and functions of the system. Another highlight of this training activity is the combination of training and practice to help learners have a better learning experience and consolidate knowledge in practical operation.
We are very happy to witness the success of this training event and thank all the participants again for their support.
